Blunt Commons Homeowners Association Architectural Control Committee (ACC):
An ACC is required by Article V of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Blunt Commons HOA. You received a copy of this document on moving in to Seneca Overlook.  Nominations for ACC membership are approved by the Board of Directors. The ACC evaluates all applications for external architectural changes submitted by residents, and approves those that meet current architectural guidelines.   The ACC also makes periodic inspections of the community, and notifies residents of any violations of Covenant and Architectural standards, as provided by the Covenants.

In addition, the ACC has developed supplemental guidelines to allow residents to conform to the spirit of the Covenants with reduced paperwork, and to codify the penalties for violation. The ACC recommendations must be approved by the Association's lawyers and Board of Directors before taking effect. You can view the draft guidelines by clicking here .

Applications for Architectural Changes:
You must apply to the ACC before making any external changes to your home (such as painting, roof replacements, decks, fencing, additions etc).
