	Board members are elected by the Association to serve terms varying from 1 to 3 years in duration. The members themselves elect the officers of the Board. Officer positions are held for a minimum of one year. Details concerning Board duties and membership are located in the Blunt Commons HOA Bylaws, which you received on moving in to Seneca Overlook. (In the future, we will add the Bylaws to this site, just in case you've misplaced your copy.) The five current members were elected at an open meeting of the Association at Daly Elementary School in the Winter of 1999. They are Mark Bookbinder, President (3-year term) 11157 Yellow Leaf Way Bill White, Vice President (1-year term; re-elected 03/20/00) 11131 Yellow Leaf Way Stephany O'Sullivan, Secretary (3-year term) 11138 Yellow Leaf Way Jim Nolan, Treasurer (3-year term) 11103 Yellow Leaf Way Rodney Pope, At-Large member (2-year term) 11128 Yellow Leaf Way Board Meetings are open to any community member that would like to attend. Next Board Meeting The Board of Directors meets approximately 4 times a year to act on both old and new issues of concern to the community. The next Board meeting will be at 7:30 PM on July 13, 2000, in the Faculty Lounge (or the Media Center...check both!) at Daly Elementary School. Current Annual Budget We will add a copy of the current year's projected budget (distributed to each homeowner earlier in the year) to this site in the near future, for your convenience.
