Day, Inc. is the developer of Seneca Overlook, as well as the neighboring townhouse communities of Quail Ridge (to our South) and Seneca Crossing (just down the hill). Day is obligated to complete our streets (done, finally!), eplace any street trees that die within the first year after planting, and construct our storm water management pond. Until they have completed all of these items, they are also responsible for maintenance of our streets and streetlights, and removal of snow from the streets. To report problems with developer issues, call Tom Lawrence at 301-652-2400 extension 140.
