page of the Seneca Overlook community. As we expand this brand new site, you'll find community news, useful
information on our homeowners association, the rules and regulations that govern our
community, developer and builder news, and other items you want to share.
The Board is responsible for maintenance of the community's
common areas, hiring and supervision of contractors for common area maintenance and to
provide trash collection, maintaining the hazard and liability insurance coverage on the
Association's common areas, approving the HOA's annual budget, setting the amounts of
annual and special assessments, and foreclosing liens to ensure payment of assessments. In
addition, the Board will enforce current and enact future architectural and/or other
guidelines as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the community. Get

The ACC evaluates all applications for external architectural
changes and makes periodic inspections of the community. You must apply to the ACC
before making any external changes to your home. Get the
